How long does delivery take?
Orders to the United States, the UK and Europe are delivered within 5 business days. Orders to the rest of the world are delivered within 15 business days. Full details are in our shipping policy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to duties and taxes set by your country. Where these aren't collected at checkout, they're paid by the recipient.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by signing in to your account.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unworn with its tags attached. For a different size, return the original item and place a new order. See our return & refund policy.
How do I choose my size?
Sizing varies by brand and cut. Check the size options on each product page, and if you're between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering and we'll help.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at support@ritualpack.shop. We can change or cancel an order before it ships.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
